The goal of #TheAcademy, an endeavor organized by Rotaract Taclobaan Chapter, is to introduce and showcase the uniqueness of each attending organization, and how they achieve their community service projects and commitments, including project planning and implementation, organizational structures, and protocols. The Academy will also impart modern techniques on leadership development.
One of the highlights of this program is a discussion on peace and conflict resolution. The convention will be capped off with the conduct of a joint project by the participating organizations.
Ultimately, The Academy aims to improve the collaboration among youth organizations in the region to bring more effective service towards the community.
